In order to help all guests enjoy Christmas at Gaylord National, we have dedicated certain days/times to modify some of our holiday attractions to better accommodate guests who may have sensory sensitivity.

Available Dates:  Mondays - Nov 18, 25, Dec 2 and 9

Available Times: 10am - 11am

Modifications on above dates included:​

• Music volume in ICE! attraction lowered by 75%​
• Reduced lighting ​
• Slower foot traffic time ​
• Front of line access for ICE! attraction​
• Onsite ‘quiet area' for families to use as needed ​
• Complimentary ear plugs available at guest-service desk ​
• A badge that can be worn to identify to our staff that you are sensory sensitivity
